Covid 19 Procedures
The health, safety and well-being of our guests and team remains our number one priority. We have reviewed all our procedures across each part of our business and are pleased to have received the “We’re Good To Go” the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing. We will continue to review our approach based upon the Welsh Government guidelines and Public Health Wales.
Air-conditioning and Ventilation to the Wedding/Function Room:
The main function room is heated and cooled by four independent air-conditioning systems each with a fresh air supply to the rear of each unit.
Each air-conditioning unit has an independent controller which should be left on 21c and in the automatic mode. The Bar area is heated and cooled by an independent air-conditioning system.
The air-conditioning unit has an independent wall controller mounted on the wall by the bar entrance and should be left on 21c and in the automatic mode. The room also has a fully automatic fresh air ventilation system installed supplying up to 278litres of fresh air per second into the room. This is controlled by the wall controller mounted in the service space in the toilet area. The system is fully automatic and will not need any adjustment.
Both Air-conditioning and ventilation systems have filtration fitted and has regular cleaning carried out by specialists who wash and disinfect the filters on a regular basis.
