The Courtyard has been beautifully decorated to complement the period features in The House and will provide the perfect setting for your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening party with a capacity for up to 150 guests. Its exposed original stone walls and wooden beams sit alongside high ceilings, crystal chandeliers and a large glass skylight which gives a bright, contemporary feel. The modern bi-folding doors offer panoramic views of the beautiful gardens, bringing the outside in. The neutral colour palette suits all tastes and styles and will fit perfectly with any theme or colour scheme that you choose.

The Courtyard Bar is available for your guests to enjoy during your wedding breakfast and evening party.

In addition to The Courtyard, the beautiful Grade II listed St Tewdrics House has three reception rooms and a spacious hallway, perfect for welcoming your guests and celebrating with friends and family throughout the day. The House has been sympathetically renovated to keep the original period features while providing a neutral canvas for you to decorate as you wish.

Your guests can relax and make themselves feel at home in the two main reception rooms, where we would serve your reception drinks following your wedding breakfast. The Drawing Room is also very popular with guests looking to take a short break from the excitement of the day. All of the reception rooms offer floor to ceiling windows and doors which overlook the gardens, meaning you can enjoy the stunning views whatever the weather.

The Bottle Bar in the main reception room can be used during your drinks reception and can also be available for guests following the wedding breakfast so that you can carry on with the celebrations in The House while we prepare the Courtyard for the evening party. If you would prefer a more intimate wedding, the reception rooms in The House are perfect for smaller ceremonies and wedding breakfasts.

St Tewdrics House can accommodate 18 guests overnight with our stunning honeymoon suite, Cariad, plus 8 luxurious en-suite guest bedrooms and a beautiful large family kitchen. The kitchen is the heart of The House and is the perfect place to get together with your closest family and friends the morning after your wedding.

You and your guests are free to either stock up the kitchen with your own supplies, ready for the much needed ‘morning after breakfast’, or arrange for the caterers to cook breakfast for you… giving you chance to sit back, relax and enjoy a leisurely morning. Whatever you choose, our large oak kitchen table is the perfect place to gather and catch up over breakfast whilst sharing stories from the day before!
